These Terms govern your use of MavenUp Social (the "Service"), a social media scheduling and publishing platform.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service to schedule and publish content to social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the terms and policies of each connected platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You authorize the Service to act on your behalf on connected social accounts solely to perform actions you initiate.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate the policies of any connected platform.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, X, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
